Know something worth sharing?

Some of our best clubs and classes have come from people in the community, such as a florist, a farmer, a beekeeper, and a grandmother who loves telling stories. Grandparents, artists, gardeners, tradespeople, educators and business owners all have knowledge to share with our next generation.

As our Creative Campus community continues to grow, we're excited to invite more of our members to become involved in bringing our clubs and programs to life! We are currently looking for members who would be interested in stepping into leadership or assistant roles for several of our clubs!

  • Preschool Book Club — leader and assistant: For someone who enjoys reading with children, planning simple crafts, and making preschoolers and their grown-ups feel welcome.

  • Nature Club — leader and assistant: Children connecting with the outdoors through exploration, games and discovery. For someone who'd enjoy planning or helping with outdoor adventures. We're running one combined club for the winter session.

  • Writing Club — assistant: For someone who likes writing, reading and editing, and would enjoy encouraging young authors as their work takes shape. This one runs virtually.

  • STEM Club — leader: A club we'd love to add. For someone who enjoys science, technology, engineering or maths and would like to help children explore it through experiments, building challenges and hands-on problem solving.

What's actually involved

  • Club leaders plan and organise the activities, keep in touch with participating families, and shape how the club runs.

  • Club assistants are an extra pair of hands — helping prepare materials, supporting activities, and working alongside the leader.

  • One-off guests come in for a single session to share something they know. A single morning, no ongoing commitment.

You don't need to be a teacher. Really. We're looking for people who are enthusiastic, dependable and glad to share what they're interested in with children. These roles are meant to be collaborative and flexible, with support from the Creative Campus team.

If you're unsure about leading anything but would like to help occasionally, please still reach out!
