Refund and Cancellation Policies

We keep this simple, because we know life with kids rarely goes to plan.

Single sessions ($5 drop-ins). If you need to cancel, let us know at least 24 hours before the session and we'll refund you in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time aren't refundable — by then we've bought supplies and planned for your child.

Term payments. If you need to withdraw from a term, let us know before the second session and we'll refund the unused portion. After the second session, we're not able to refund the term, but you're welcome to send a sibling or friend in your child's place for the remaining sessions.

If we cancel. If we have to cancel a session for weather, illness, or anything else on our end, you'll be offered a make-up date, a credit, or a full refund for that session — your choice.

Weather. Our outdoor clubs meet rain or shine, so dress accordingly. We'll only cancel for conditions that aren't safe, and we'll let you know by text as early as we can.

Missed sessions. We aren't able to refund or credit sessions you miss without notice, but please reach out — if something bigger is going on with your family, we'd rather talk about it than have you drop out quietly.
